What's Cookin'?

Pre-conference events on Friday, August 1, include ServSafe, an all-day accelerated class designed especially for personal chefs, and the very popular Certified Personal Chef Day, where we will have an exciting array of learning and eating opportunities--a definite no miss event.

Conference 2008 will then kick off Saturday morning, August 2nd with a general session and awards ceremony. There will be 30 different classes with various topics and speakers providing a rare opportunity to participate in a powerful learning experience as you interact with the lecturers. You will also have many opportunities to network with the vendors who will be exhibiting on Friday and Saturday. Conference 2008 will also feature a Sunday evening dinner and dancing gala as a highlight of the weekend.

Throughout the conference the Certified Personal Chef written exam will be offered. Testing sessions will be available at a variety of times. The full schedule of events will be posted in the next few weeks so be sure to check back.

As in the past, we are offering an "early-bird" conference registration that will save you significant dollars over the regular conference registration fee. Registration will open in November. Be sure to check back here for updates.
